1. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte, through the LDRRMF 2025 - Donations intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,720,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR No. 25020626 - Supply and Delivery of Twenty-Eight (28) unit Emergency Rescue Vehicle (Van). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Twenty-Eight (28) unit Emergency rescue Vehicle (Van) for distribution to recipient barangays.
