Description : INVITATION TO BID for PR No. 25010192 - Supply and Delivery of 2,850 vial Rabies Vaccine

1. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte, through the LDH - Drugs and Medicines 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (P4,545,750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR No. 25010192 - Supply and Delivery of 2,850 vial Rabies Vaccine. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of 2,850 vial Rabies Vaccine (2,850 vial Rabies Vaccine, Vero Cell, Purified, Inj Lyophylized 2.5IU/0.5mL vial + diluent) for Labo District Hospital use.

Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
