1. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte, through the GO - Peace and Order & Public Safety Program - Donations 2025 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Nine Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P39,750,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR No. 25010163 - Supply and Delivery of Fifty-Three (53) unit Patrol Vehicle. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Fifty-Three (53) unit Patrol Vehicle for Donation to various Barangay.
