The City of Lapu-Lapu through the MOOE FUNDS 1061-5-02-03-090 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Eight Million Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (₱ 38,370,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of 480,000 LITERS DIESEL AND 70,000 LITERS GASOLINE under P. R No. 25-11-1616. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The City of Lapu-Lapu through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the abovementioned Procurement Project. CGSO
