2ND INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Procurement of TRANSFER/ DISPOSAL OF 10,613 TONS RESIDUAL WASTE

The City of Lapu-Lapu through the MOOE FUNDS 1061-5-02-99-990-2 intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million Two Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand One Hundred Ninety Pesos (₱ 17,299,190.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of TRANSFER/ DISPOSAL OF 10,613 TONS RESIDUAL WASTE under P. R No. 25-10-1373. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The City of Lapu-Lapu through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the abovementioned Procurement Project. CGSO
