Description : 1. The Cagayan de Oro City Water District, through the COWD Approved Budget for 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eighty-Eight Thousand Pesos (Php4,088,000.00), inclusive of all applicable tax charges (pursuant to Executive Order (EO) No. 64, S-2024, Section 8.9) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Services for 584 Employees of the Cagayan de Oro City Water District. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Cagayan de Oro City Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed and a period of One (1) year from initial delivery. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
