INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Procurement of ONE (1) UNIT MEETING SCREEN (TV) AND ONE (1) SET SOUND SYSTEM

The City of Lapu-Lapu through the CAPITAL OUTLAY FUNDS 1011-1-07-05-020-25s intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱ 950,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of ONE (1) UNIT MEETING SCREEN (TV) AND ONE (1) SET SOUND SYSTEM under P. R No. 25-08-1139. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
