The City of Lapu-Lapu through the CAPITAL OUTLAY FUNDS 3321-1-07-05-030-25s1 & 3322-1-07-05-030-25s1 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 1,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of EIGHT (8) UNITS DIGITAL B & W MULTI-FUNCTION PRINTER ( ELEMENTARY & SECONDARY EDUCATION) under P. R No. 25-07-0996 & 25-07-0997. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
