INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Procurement of TEXTBOOKS AND INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS FOR ELEMENTARY
EDUCATION ( AKLAT SA FILIPINO)

The City of Lapu-Lapu through the MOOE FUNDS 3321-5-02-03-110 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Sixteen Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Four Pesos and Eighty-Five Centavos (₱ 5,316,734.85 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of TEXTBOOKS AND INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS FOR ELEMENTARY EDUCATION ( AKLAT SA FILIPINO) under P. R No. 25-07-0978. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The City of Lapu-Lapu through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the abovementioned Procurement Project. DEP.ED
