The City of Lapu-Lapu through the MOOE FUNDS 8751-5-02-13-030-2 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (₱ 998,400.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of 520 CUBIC METER AGGREGATE BASE COURSE & LIMESTONE under P. R No. 25-07-0944. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
