The City of Lapu-Lapu through the CAPITAL OUTLAY FUNDS 8751-1-07-06-010-25s1 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (₱ 3,000,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of ONE (1) UNIT SIX (6) WHEELER 14FT. DROPSIDE CARGO BODY TRUCK under P. R No. 25-07-0917. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
