The City of Lapu-Lapu through the CAPITAL OUTLAY FUNDS 1-07-05-110-25s2 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 1,800,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of ONE (1) UNIT FAST CYCLE INSTRUMENT STERILIZER WITH TRAY under P. R No. 25-07-0902. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
