1 lot Reconditioning/ Rewinding of 500kVA Volvo Generator
Scope of work:
1. Mobilization
2. Dis-connect Terminal Lines
3. Dis-couple of alternator set from engine
4. Conduct instrument test On Site for future reference
5. Rigging & Hauling of alternator set from site to workshop
6. Dis- assemble of alternator
7. Taking data of main rotor & stripping burnt-out wire
8. Rewinding of main rotor, submerge main rotor to cure varnish
9. Cleaning of main stator, stator exciter & rotor exciter using pressured
washer & bake to cure moisture
10. conduct instrumental test
11. Submerge to varnish tank the main stator, stator exciter
rotor exciter and oven/ bake to cure
12. Stripping of excess varnish
13. Final instrumental test
14. Replace of existing bearing to a brand new one
15. Replacement of Rectifier Diode
16. Assemble of unit & deliver on site.
