2ND INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Procurement of TRANSFER/ DISPOSAL OF 34,352 TONS OF RESIDUAL WASTE

The City of Lapu-Lapu through the MOOE FUNDS 1061-5-02-99-990-2 intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Five Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Pesos (₱ 55,993,760.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of TRANSFER/ DISPOSAL OF 34,352 TONS OF RESIDUAL WASTE under P. R No. 25-04-0529. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The City of Lapu-Lapu through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the abovementioned Procurement Project. CGSO
