The City of Lapu-Lapu through the TRUST FUND 2-02-01-060-01 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos (₱ 6,000,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of 300 PIECES LED STREET LIGHT 200 WATTS under P. R No. 25-03-0402. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
