The Zamboanga City Water District, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract Approved by the Board for year 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 1,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase Requisition No. 25-0274. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
