The City of Lapu-Lapu through the CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND 1011-1-07-06-010-25s1 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 2,500,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of ONE (1) UNIT SERVICE VEHICLE under P. R No. 25-02-0305. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
