Conditions:
1. Intended for CY 2025 only.
2. Free delivery of the water supplies to the procuring office.
3. Shall maintain and replace defective non-spill big cap and inner cap without cost to the office.
4. Containers without hygienic sticker and umbrella blue/white seal will not be accepted.
5. Shall extend credit line up to thirty (30) calendar days.
6. Container must be free from any dirt, scratch and dents.
