1. Bidder must submit 1kg sample during opening of bids

2. Results of analysis must be done by PIPAC or any DOH accredited laboratory within 8 months from opening of bids and must indicate the ff.
a. Name and address of supplier, results of AI as % Alumina (AI203 wt/wt)
b. The said Certificate shall be submitted during post-qualification.

3. Packaging must indicate the ff.
a. Name of goods, manufacturer or supplier, country of origin, net weight
