INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Procurement of ONE (1) LOT VARIOUS OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR DIFFERENT OFFICES

The City of Lapu-Lapu through the MOOE FUNDS 10611-5-02-03-010 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Forty-One Pesos and Sixty-Six Centavos (₱ 924,641.66 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of ONE (1) LOT VARIOUS OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR DIFFERENT OFFICES under P. R No. 25-01-0148. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
