The Zamboanga City Water District, through the ZCWD Existing Landbank Loan (Term Loan 4), National Sewerage and Septage Management Program (NSSMP) Grant under the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and 89M LBP Term Loan V 2nd Drawdown Proceeds intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Pesos and 29/100 (P 189,979,660.29) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase Requisition No. 25-0054. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
