1. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte, through the CNPH - Capital Outlay Computer System 2023 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (P5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR No. 23102867 - Cost of One (1) lot Hospital Information System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
