1. The MUNICIPALITY OF BAYABAS, through the CY2025 Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand, Eight Hundred Ninety-One Pesos and 70/100 (Php 187,891.70) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PR NO. 2025-06-142 Purchase of Various Supplies and Materials for Electrification of Material Recovery Facility at Magobawok. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF BAYABAS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required from July 25 - August 8, 2025. Bidders should have completed, within 14 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
