Description : 1 755 pax Food and Catering Services for Activities One (1) Meal (Breakfast or Lunch or Dinner)
The Food and Catering Service Provider shall have the ability to comply with the following specifications or requirements - Serve meals either buffet or pack that shall include the following: (a) rice, (b) three (3) main courses or choices of viand, (c) soup, (d) dessert or fruit, (e) and (f) soft drinks or water -Serve foods that are fresh or newly cooked (at least 2 hours prior to be served) -Service provider shall not oblige BISU to pay the services cancelled upon formal notice to the caterer within 24 hours before the start of the activity.
-The Service Provider shall serve quality (Healthy, balanced, and Fresh) food and beverages
-The rates charged for the food supplies/provided shall be based on the bidder's financial bid offer of each type of meal. "
