FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 100 CUBIC METERS SMALL WATER IMPOUNDING SYSTEM (SWIS) - SPRING DEVELOPMENT IN TWO (2) SEPARATE SITES LOCATED AT NAHAONG, LIBAGON FOR CENRO MAASIN AND TUBOD, SILAGO FOR CENRO SAN JUAN

1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, PENRO Southern Leyte, Maasin City, through the GAA for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION THREE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php7,325,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of 100 Cubic Meters Small Water Impounding System (SWIS) - Spring Development in two (2) Separate Sites located at Nahaong, Libagon and Tubod, Silago all of Southern Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
