General Terms and Conditions
1. Fabricated item shall be delivered/installed to: NMP Complex, Cabalawan, Tacloban City (FOB NMP-Tacloban)
2. Delivery period: Within 45 calendar days from receipt/acknowledgement of the Purchase Order (PO).
3. Price validity shall be for a period covered in the Purchase Order.
4. Price quotation should be made with extra care taking into account the specifications and unit of quantity to avoid errors. Bidders bind themselves to all the conditions stipulated in this quotation.
5. Price quoted shall be inclusive of taxes, delivery charges and any other charges as may be prescribed by law.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not acceptable.
