Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PR NO. 2024-09-0692-MAIN-SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF IT EQUIPMENT FOR DIFFERENT OFFICES
1. The Bohol Island State University - Main Campus, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract Approved by the Governing Board 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Seventy Thousand Six Hundred Seventeen Pesos & 98/100 Only (Php 1,570,617.98) - Lot 1 & Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 99,500.00) - Lot 2 for the Procurement Project PR No. 2024-09-0692-MAIN-Supply and Delivery of IT Equipment for Different Offices being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bohol Island State University - Main Campus now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 45 days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
