• 24x7x365 proactive network monitoring 24x7x365 customer & service support, 24x7x365 immediate technical support deployment
• Connected to the internet Service provider via Fiber Optic Cable (last Mile Connection)
• 1ms or less latency to all local gateways of the ISP
• 230ms or less latency to US based gateway (partners of ISP)
Provision of access to:
1. MRTG access for bandwidth utilization monitoring and other systems provided by the ISP
2. Ticketing System (Mobile & PC) for issue escalation and Technical Support
