1. The Bohol Island State University - Candijay Campus, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract Approved by the Governing Board intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Pesos Only (Php 972,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR No. 2023-11-0135 -Supply & Delivery of IT Equipment & Software for SAS, Library, Guidance, Planning, HR, Cashier, Registrar,NSTP,Research & Extension. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
