Description : The Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to participate in the negotiation of the hereunder project:

1) Valid Mayor-s/business permit;
2) Financial Proposal (Annex A);
3) Compliance with the schedule of requirements (Annex B);
4) Technical Specifications (Annex C);
5) PhilGEPS Registration number (for ABC above Php50,000.00);
6) Omnibus Sworn Statement (Annex D) (for ABC above Php50,000.00); and
7) Income/ business tax return (for ABC above Php500,000.00)
