Note:
1. All entries must be typewritten or in print.
2. Delivery for a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days.
3. The warranty shall be five (5) years against inherent mechanical defects for the new extinguishers; and one (1) year warranty for the refilled fire extinguishers against workmanship. If any of the newly bought fire extinguishers developed trouble and/or malfunction within the warranty period, the same shall be repaired/replaced (parts) free of charge and its warranty will be extended until such time the supplier completed the repair.
4. Price validity shall be for a minimum period of 45 calendar days.
5. (1) PhilGEPS Registration Certificate (updated if Platinum), (2) valid Mayor-s/Business Permit, and (3) notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement shall be attached upon sub...
