  2. Delivery for a maximum period of sixty (60) calendar days.
  3. Warranty shall be for a minimum period of three (3) months for supplies and materials, and one (1) year for

  4. Price validity shall be for a period of 90 calendar days.
  5. (1) PhilGEPS Registration Certificate, (2) valid Mayor-s/Business Permit, and (3) Notarized Omnibus Sworn
