Rehabilitation and Improvement of Student Entrance Gate and Partial Perimeter Fencing

1. The Basilan State College, through the Special Trust Fund (STF) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos only (₱5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for P.R. 25-136 “Rehabilitation and Improvement of Student Entrance Gate and Partial Perimeter Fencing”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Basilan State College now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty Calendar days (120 CD). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
