INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
TWO FAILED BIDDINGS

P.R. 25-1307- Supply and Delivery of Various Lanterns and Table Lamp

In view of two (2) failed public biddings, the Provincial Government of Pampanga Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for P.R No. 25-1307 -Supply and delivery of Various Lanterns and Table Lamp in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”

The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)) is One Million Three Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Pesos (Php 1,364,630.00).

There will be a Pre-Negotiation Meeting on September 17, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Executive House, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
