1. Pull out main rotor and stator.
2. Pull out main stator winding.
3. Rewind main stator.
4. Check diodes and varistor condition.
5. Conduct re insulating main rotor.
6. Replace Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR).
7. Assemble main alternator.
8. Coupled main alternator to engine.
9. Start up for testing.

NOTE:
