In view of two (2) failed public biddings, the Provincial Government of Pampanga Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for P.R No. 23-5096 -Supply and delivery of 1 set Global Navigation Satellite System: Real Time Kinetic (GNSS-RTK) Land Surveying Equipment in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
