an online and real-time web-based system accessible thru
internet wherein the registered real property units (land,
building, & machines) conveniently anywhere using
computer, laptop, and tablets and even in mo bile phone.
The system primarily computes unpaid real property taxes
for current year and prior years (if deliquent) with
corresponding discounts and/or penalties and generates
printable Statement of Account. Its function is similar with
the client system installed in the city. The Online Services is
an end to end process from one time registration, billing,
assessment and payment. This facility can be accessible at
the official website of an LGU or at specific site address.
THE ONLINE ASSESSMENT can be linked with any
Payment Gateway of any government bank using any
