  SCOPE OF DELIVERABLES
  1. Provider Courier/shipment via airfreight or air cargo
  2. Provide Door-to-Door Delivery to Consignee (CEBU CITY)
  3. Delivery item to consignee on or before 13 April 2026
  
  OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE BIDDERS
  - Must be Filipino-owned, operated, and legally registered shipper under Philippine laws, and must have been in operation for the last three (3) years.
