The Municipality of Gamay, through its Executive Department, will undertake a Small Value Procurement for the “Petroleum Fuel” in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184

Interested supplier are required to submit their valid and current Mayor-s Permit, Income/Business Tax Return, PhilGEPS Registration Number, Omnibus Sworn Statement and Authority of Signatory, upon submission of quotation. PhilGEPS Platinum Membership may submit in lieu pf the Mayor-s/Business Permit and PhilGEPS Registration Number.
