The Baao Water District (BaaoWD) through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure “PR 2025-10-188 Procurement of Security Services (EPA)” for CY 2026 in accordance with Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
