I. RATIONALE
The Department of Education (DepEd) upholds its commitment to provide inclusive education by addressing the needs of learners with disabilities. Proper medical diagnosis and professional recommendations are vital in ensuring the effectiveness of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) and intervention programs. To support this, the Schools Division of San Carlos City shall engage the services of a licensed Developmental Pediatrician to conduct medical assessments for identified learners.
