FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF BAAO WATER DISTRICT CLOUD-HOSTED GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION SYSTEM (GIS)-BASED BILLING AND COLLECTION SYSTEM WITH INTEGRATED SERVICE REQUEST MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

1. The Baao Water District, through the 2025 Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 5,400,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Software as a Service (SAAS) for the Development of Baao Water District Cloud-Hosted Geographical Information System (GIS)-Based Billing and Collection System with Integrated Service Request Management System with project identification number PR-2024-10-191. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
