  a. At least three (3) Completed Similar Contracts (Government or Private) for
  the Pest Control Services last three (3) years.
  b. Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) at least 50% of the total ABC.
  6. License to Operate (Household / Urban Pest Control Operator) from
  Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
  7. Certificate of Membership issued by Pest Control Association of the Philippines, Inc.
  (PCAP) and Pest Control Association of the Visayas Inc. (PCAV)
