Description : Invitation to Bid for Power Supply Installation for CT-Scan Room and X-Ray Room
1. The Mariveles Mental Wellness and General Hospital, through the Approved General Appropriation Act of 2025 under Hospital Facilities Enhancement Program Sub-Allotment Advice (SAA-2025-09-004535), intends to apply the sum of
Eight Million Seven Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Nine and 60/100 Only (₱8,762,299.60). Being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Power Supply Installation for CT-Scan Room and X-Ray Room / 2025-24. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Mariveles Mental Wellness and General Hospital now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
