1. The Municipality of Calbiga, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sanggunian (20%MDF for 2025) intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Nine Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Seven and 50/100 Pesos Only (Php309,487.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Potable Water System Improvement/Supply, Delivery and Installation of Water Pump at Sitio Burabod in Barangay Mahangcao, Calbiga, Samar, with Contract No. INF-2025-010. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
