POTABLE WATER PROJECT AT VARIOUS PUMPING STATION

1) The Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, through the 2021 / 2022 General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Five Pesos (₱ 477,725.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Potable Water Project at Various Pumping Station. Bids received in excess of the BAC shall be automatically rejected bid opening.

2) The Municipality of Pontevedra now invites bids for the Potable Water Project at Various Pumping Station using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
