Description : Invitation to Bid for POC Secretariat Services and Activities - Annual Planning Workshop

The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of one hundred eighty nine thousand nine hundred eighty four pesos (Php 189,984.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the POC Secretariat Services and Activities - Annual Planning Workshop . Bids received in excess of each item/lot of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves now invites bids for Catering Services to be used for the Annual Planning Workshop of POPS Plan 2026 Cum Drafting of 3-Year (2026-2028) Peace and Order and Public Safety. Delivery of the Goods is required for 10 calendar days.

Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement -Small Value Procurement (Sec. 53.9) as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
