Description : 1. The Philippine National Police Academy through the PNP Trust Receipt for the month of April 2025, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (PhP3,462,700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Quartermaster Supplies Requirements intended for Cadets, Academy Health Service, and PNPA Hostel under Public Bidding PNPA SUPPLIES 2025-29. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine National Police Academy now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods for the Procurement of Quartermaster Supplies Requirements intended for Cadets, Academy Health Service, and PNPA Hostel is required within 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
