Description : 1. The Philippine National Police Academy through the GAA FY 2025 dated December 30, 2024, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (PhP5,483,750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Military, Police, and Traffic Supplies under Public Bidding PNPA SUPPLIES 2025-04-3-014. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine National Police Academy now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods for the Procurement of Military, Police, and Traffic Supplies is required within 20 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
