Description : 1) The Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA), through the Approved Program of Expenditures - Programmable Amount (POE-PA) of the PNP Trust Receipts for the month of November 2025, intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP15,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Perimeter Fence (Phase 2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Complete Performance and delivery of the Procurement Project is required Two Hundred Forty (240) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 1200... - Documents:
